💼 About This Role

You'll own the long-form voice that shapes how business leaders think about AI in enterprise communications. You'll independently identify ideas, conduct research, and produce authoritative white papers and research reports for C-Suite audiences at a leading cloud communications company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop high-impact long-form thought leadership content including white papers and reports
• Conduct independent research to surface cutting-edge AI and communications topics
• Write for C-Suite executives with a journalist's instinct for original angles
• Partner with subject matter experts to reflect Vonage's strategic narrative

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of professional writing in thought leadership or editorial content
• Deep knowledge of generative AI and enterprise AI implications
• Proven ability to conduct independent research and develop original points of view
• Experience writing for C-Suite audiences with executive credibility

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CPaaS or cloud communications market
• Degree in Journalism, English, or related field
• Experience with competitor content analysis
