  • Manage end-to-end client lifecycle activities including implementations and renewals
  • Execute and validate client benefit requests and pricing adjustments
  • Investigate and resolve claims discrepancies and client escalations
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for accurate data flow

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field
  • 5+ years in PBM, health plan administration, or healthcare operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • SQL knowledge
