๐ผ About This Role
You'll manage strategic GSI partnerships to drive revenue and market expansion for NICE. Your core impact is developing joint go-to-market strategies and enabling partner success. This role directly supports senior partner leadership in executing global alliance programs.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Establish and manage strategic GSI partner relationships
- Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market initiatives
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue and pipeline targets
- Monitor partner performance and identify optimization opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 3โ5 years experience in alliance or partnership management
- Proven track record managing GSI or strategic partner relationships
- 2+ years experience in contact center software or CRM technologies
- Experience working with large, global partners in matrixed environments
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with hyperscaler cloud platforms
- Background in digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with CCaaS solutions
