Description

You will lead legal strategy for large-scale infrastructure projects, including land acquisition, construction, and facility buildouts, while partnering with cross-functional teams to enable Relativity's rapid growth in the commercial space industry.

• Experience driving large-scale infrastructure projects from start to finish
• Expertise in real estate and commercial law
• Ability to advise on land use and regulatory matters

Responsibilities

• Lead legal strategy for infrastructure projects
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (purchase/sale, leases, construction)
• Advise on land use, title, entitlements, permitting, and zoning
• Partner with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and finance teams
• Support procurement of equipment and services for facilities
