💼 About This Role

You'll join the Cloud Security engineering team at Aurora, building resilient automated security systems for self-driving technology. You will secure cloud environments, manage IAM, and harden Kubernetes at scale. This role offers a chance to strike the perfect balance between leveraging existing tools and building custom automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage IAM roles and policies
• Enforce security controls and construct security boundaries
• Provide security guidance involving Cloud and Kubernetes
• Create automation to solve security problems at the root
• Design, build, and configure security infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in security engineering
• Hands-on experience securing cloud and Kubernetes environments
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python or Go)
• Experience writing and using Terraform

✨ Nice to Have

• Enterprise-level network security and Linux knowledge
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Familiarity with machine identity frameworks like SPIFFE/SPIRE or mTLS
