💼 About This Role

You'll join the Music Publishing Deal Analysis team within FP&A, partnering with Licensing, Legal, and Finance to shape the economics behind Spotify’s music business. You'll evaluate and structure publishing deals that support creators while ensuring sustainability. This role sits at the intersection of music, data, and strategy, translating complex agreements into clear financial insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain financial models to assess deal economics
• Translate contract terms into clear financial insights
• Track and develop KPIs to evaluate deal performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support deal implementation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in FP&A, deal analysis, or similar analytical role
• Experience building financial models independently
• Comfortable with large datasets and SQL or similar tools
• Ability to interpret commercial terms and collaborate with legal teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-enabled tools and workflows
• Knowledge of music publishing or media industry
• Exposure to data engineering or product teams
