You'll provide end-to-end HR operational support to employees and managers across European countries, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and collective bargaining agreements. Your core impact will be delivering employee life cycle activities while maintaining Workday system accuracy. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-office collaboration and home-based productivity.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide first point of contact for employee queries on policies and benefits.
  • Manage onboarding, changes, and termination processes end-to-end.
  • Utilize Workday for employee data management and payroll reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR teams on process improvements and projects.

  • At least 3 years of HR operations experience in Germany.
  • Fluent German language skills (C1/C2).
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws.
  • Demonstrable experience using Workday as an HRIS.
