You'll lead enterprise new logo acquisition across the Eastern US, driving six- to seven-figure deals for cutting-edge developer and cloud-native solutions. You'll manage and mentor a team of Strategic Account Executives while collaborating cross-functionally to accelerate market adoption in a remote-first culture.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise new logo acquisition across the Eastern United States.
- Develop and execute strategic account-based sales plans.
- Manage full enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting to close.
- Oversee and mentor a team of Strategic Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Dev, Solutions Architects, and Product.
π Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- Proven success exceeding quotas and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Experience leading or mentoring high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software buying cycles.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling developer tools, cloud-native technologies, or distributed systems.
- Ability to explain technical concepts related to software architecture and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo.
