🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and publish staff schedules according to labor laws
• Recruit talent and oversee training quality
• Manage inventory, vendor relations, and waste management
• Spend 50-70% of time behind the bar leading by example

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing single-store operations in hospitality
• Full Time availability: 45 hours/week including weekends
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and equipment
