You'll lead store operations and create unforgettable guest moments at Sandbox VR, the most advanced virtual reality experience. You'll guide guests through their VR journey, master proprietary tech, and coach a team to deliver high-energy service. This role combines hands-on guest interaction with shift leadership in a cutting-edge entertainment environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and guide them through the VR experience journey
• Master proprietary VR tech and troubleshoot issues in real time
• Maintain store cleanliness and sanitize gear to brand standards
• Open/close store, manage audits, break schedules, and labor spend
• Run shift check-ins, coach team members, and train new hires

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year in retail/hospitality leadership
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 40 lb, and use stairs
• Weekend availability required
• Reliable with punctuality and uniform adherence
