💼 About This Role

You'll join a tech-enabled team maintaining and repairing heavy equipment and aerial lifts for EquipmentShare's rental fleet in Odessa, TX. You'll use proprietary T3 software to diagnose issues faster and perform advanced mechanical repairs on complex systems. This role offers year-round OEM training and a supportive, innovative work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment parts

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
