You'll lead end-to-end growth strategy for a direct-to-consumer nutrition brand, building scalable acquisition and retention systems. You'll own paid media, organic growth, and creative strategy across channels. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and lead end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition and retention
- Own paid acquisition performance across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok
- Lead creative strategy for high-performing ad production and UGC pipelines
- Build retention strategies focused on subscription growth and LTV expansion
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce growth
- Proven track record building scalable growth systems across acquisition and retention
- Deep expertise in paid media scaling and advanced performance metrics
- Hands-on experience with Shopify ecosystems and integrations

- Familiarity with attribution tools and incrementality testing platforms
