You'll ensure NYC colleagues have an incredible daily experience in our fast-growing office. You'll manage the physical environment, food & beverage, and events to support and delight team members. This role is office-based 5 days a week in New York City.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage daily office experience for colleagues and guests
  • Oversee inventory of snacks, beverages, and supplies
  • Maintain NYC office budget and ensure financial stewardship
  • Organize internal and external company events and meetings
  • Own space and capacity planning and office layout

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Previous experience as an office manager or similar role
  • Experience in fast-growing tech companies a strong plus
  • Great customer service and hospitality mindset
  • Strong attention to detail impacting employee experience
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
