You'll partner with Go-To-Market leaders in a high-growth SaaS company, shaping people strategies that drive business results. You'll lead organization-wide initiatives, coach executives, and scale people practices effectively. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to many firsts in a fully remote environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary HR partner for Go-To-Market executives and managers
- Create and drive annual divisional people plans aligned to business priorities
- Lead cyclical HR processes like performance management, promotions, and compensation
- Coach managers on tactical people issues such as performance and employee relations
- Lead global HR projects and mentor junior team members
๐ Requirements
- 7-8 years of HR generalist experience in SaaS/tech or scale-up
- 3-4 years supporting Go-To-Market functions
- Experience across multiple countries and legal jurisdictions (USA, Europe, APAC)
- Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders through data and insights
