You'll lead the Terminal Commerce Experience team at Stripe, building Unified Commerce solutions that blend in-person and online payments. Your work will drive enterprise features and scale POS integrations for large-scale merchants. This role offers the chance to shape the future of payments infrastructure globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive roadmap and priorities for the Terminal Commerce team
• Support engineering team in achieving technical excellence
• Manage processes to enable effective team interfaces
• Recruit and develop engineers in collaboration with recruiting team

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Experience leading mobile, API, and backend teams
• Proven ability to build diverse teams for challenging problems
• Understanding of scalable, resilient systems across the stack

• Industry experience with in-person checkout or payment integrations
• Experience with card readers or payment hardware/firmware
• Deep understanding of the payments industry
