You'll lead a Northeast Enterprise sales team to own and scale revenue, driving forecast accuracy and repeatable sales motions. Your core impact is coaching a team of AEs while tightening systems that support growth. This role sits at the intersection of execution and optimization in a Series AโC environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and scale Enterprise revenue growth
- Coach and develop a team of Account Executives
- Standardize and improve sales processes with RevOps
- Provide structured feedback to Product on roadmap gaps
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- 4+ years managing AEs in Enterprise sales
- Success selling to 5,000+ employee accounts
- Experience in Series AโC environments

- Background selling technical or DevTools products
- Familiarity with MEDDICC sales methodology
