Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years vehicle title management experience
• Minimum 2 years auto finance or installment loan experience with title focus
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular follow-up with dealerships for lien perfection document recovery
• Review and remediate title issues and exceptions
• Communicate effectively via written and verbal channels for title management follow-up
• Perform data entry and ensure organized, secure documentation
• Field inbound and outbound communication and answer title-related questions
