You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing customer experience and driving sales. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and step up to cover the sales floor when needed. This role is ideal for music and pop culture fanatics looking to grow in retail.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales via BOPIS and curbside pickup

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use store equipment
