You'll manage a portfolio of EMEA customers as their primary post-sales technical advisor, driving adoption of the NodeZero autonomous pentesting platform. You'll partner with security leaders to ensure value realization and retention, shaping the customer success experience across the region.

  • Manage EMEA customer portfolio as primary post-sales technical advisor
  • Cultivate champions with security leaders from analysts to CISOs
  • Deliver technical onboarding and enablement to drive NodeZero adoption
  • Proactively identify customer needs and suggest solutions
  • Partner with sales and renewals teams to drive retention and growth

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management in SaaS cybersecurity
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices and principles
  • Experience managing a book of business with revenue targets (ARR)
  • Business fluency in English; location in UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, or Spain

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
  • Proficiency in French, German, or Italian
