You'll oversee a team of Personal Care Attendants at a PACE center, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for older adults. Your impact will include supervising daily operations and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote participant independence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and manage a team of PCAs ensuring timely delivery of services
• Develop and maintain staffing schedules and assignment of duties
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to assess participant needs
• Ensure timely completion of PCA staff documentation and compliance

📋 Requirements

• CNA certification completed
• Minimum two years experience working with frail or elderly
• Minimum two years in a supervisory position
• Proof of CPR/BLS certification or obtain within 30 days
