You'll drive the end-to-end development of our core data infrastructure through AI-native engineering. You'll orchestrate AI agents to rapidly build, scale, and refactor high-performance systems. This role offers a chance to take hands-on ownership of distributed, real-time architectures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect complex data systems for scalability and reliability
• Design and optimize production-grade real-time streaming pipelines
• Orchestrate AI agent workflows using Claude Code and MCP
• Implement rigorous testing and monitoring frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years professional experience with 5+ years in Data Engineering
• Deep expertise with Kafka for real-time architectures
• Strong experience with OLAP databases (Clickhouse preferred)
• Fluency in Python and SQL for data manipulation

• Experience with Redis or Elasticsearch
• Proactive approach to architectural decision-making
• Experience optimizing distributed system performance at scale
