💼 About This Role

You'll support MoonPay's customer onboarding and ongoing due diligence processes, ensuring safe and compliant access to crypto products. You'll work with Compliance, Fraud, and FIU teams to review customer risk and uphold global AML/CTF standards. This role stands out for its impact on regulatory compliance in the crypto and Web3 space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct end-to-end KYC and EDD reviews across risk tiers.
• Perform complex EDD investigations on high-risk individuals.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Fraud, and FIU teams on escalations.
• Act as KYC/EDD subject matter expert for operational teams.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures.
• Ability to assess customer information and identify risk indicators.
• Exposure to enhanced due diligence (EDD) or financial crime investigations.
