You'll join Wing's mission to redefine the future of work by engaging international markets like the US, UK, and Australia as an Outbound Sales Representative. You'll drive pipeline development and support Account Executives through consultative outbound prospecting. This role offers a fully remote setup with performance incentives and growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contact potential customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads.
• Build rapport and determine product suitability for prospects.
• Set qualified appointments and demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with sales team.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as SDR, BDR, or Lead Gen Specialist
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
• Proven success in outbound sales for US/UK/AUS markets
• Proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.io
• Knowledge of cloud services and VoIP
• Strong objection-handling skills
