💼 About This Role

You'll lead major school construction projects from design through closeout for the Massachusetts School Building Authority. You will supervise a team of project managers and manage complex capital projects ensuring compliance with MSBA guidelines. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape public K-12 education infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor construction projects and review monthly reports for compliance and progress.
• Lead project meetings regarding status, funding agreements, and design development.
• Conduct site visits to monitor schedules, budgets, and scope.
• Review and approve reimbursement applications through final audit.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five-to-ten years of experience in construction or project management.
• Knowledge of construction project administration and contract compliance.
• Experience with data analysis using complex spreadsheets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with public construction or educational facilities.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts public procurement laws.
