💼 About This Role

You'll lead anti-financial crime operations at a leading fintech, managing transaction monitoring and KYC processes. Your work will directly safeguard the organization against financial crime risks while optimizing detection frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review complex transaction monitoring alerts and conduct investigations
• Drive conceptual development and optimization of monitoring infrastructure
• Execute and oversee comprehensive monitoring activities and internal controls
• Manage AFC-side system deployments and feature updates

📋 Requirements

• University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Extensive experience in Anti-Financial Crime within financial services
• In-depth knowledge of national and international regulatory frameworks (German GwG, KWG, EU AML Directives)
• Professional proficiency in English and excellent German skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Relevant industry certifications such as CAMS
• Experience in process excellence and optimization
