π― What You'll Do
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for IT and business roles
- Perform sourcing and research using LinkedIn and other tools
- Write job posts, feedback, and personalized messages
- Conduct interviews and assess technical skills
π Requirements
- 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for IT or tech roles
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
- Fluent in Polish and English at B2 level

- Experience in an agency recruitment setting
- Interest in AI and technology advancements
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
