🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for IT and business roles
• Perform sourcing and research using LinkedIn and other tools
• Write job posts, feedback, and personalized messages
• Conduct interviews and assess technical skills

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting for IT or tech roles
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
• Fluent in Polish and English at B2 level

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in an agency recruitment setting
• Interest in AI and technology advancements
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
