💼 About This Role

You'll provide telehealth primary care to patients of all ages, handling video visits, phone triage, and follow-ups. You'll collaborate with a virtual and in-office team to deliver evidence-based care with a focus on quality and accessibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Treat patients via tele-health visits including video, phone, and email
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and daily huddles
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates
• Provide exceptional virtual care using clinical training

📋 Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP program with national certification
• 2 years outpatient primary care or urgent care/ED seeing ages 0+ in past 5 years
• Current CA or AZ license with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday/Sunday)
