Description

You will support the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, ensuring accurate vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and compliance with policies. You'll work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive efficiency and process improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement and AP
• Proven track record with procure-to-pay lifecycle
• Financial accuracy and process optimization skills
• Experience with Coupa preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding and documentation
• Review and process invoices accurately
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and audits
• Create and maintain P2P process documentation
