🎯 What You'll Do

• Define long-term vision for operational scaling
• Lead execution on AI-powered workflows and tooling
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations leaders
• Drive transformation of traditional operations into AI-native teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading Systems, BizOps, or TechOps teams
• Track record building internal systems and workflows
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM for automation
• Technical fluency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs
