You'll develop and validate tissue-based imaging assays and AI-powered image analysis pipelines for oncology diagnostics. You'll bridge pathologists, biologists, and AI/ML teams to translate complex tissue phenotypes into quantitative biomarkers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead tissue-based imaging assay development and quantification.
• Build and validate image analysis workflows for biomarker extraction.
• Design and oversee WSI annotation for DPAI algorithm development.
• Drive tumor phenotyping and quantitative TME characterization.

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. in biology, bioengineering, or related field.
• 6+ years postgraduate experience in bioimage analysis.
• Hands-on expertise in IHC and quantitative histopathology.
• Proficiency in Python or R for image quantification.

• Experience in regulated industry (CLIA/CAP).
• Background in immune-oncology or digital pathology AI.
