🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the Visual Style and Tone.
• Lead and guide the Art Team with clear vision.
• Provide constructive feedback across art specialisations.
• Drive artistic vision from prototyping through launch.

📋 Requirements

• Shipped a AA or AAA game as art director or lead.
• Expert skills in Maya, Photoshop, or Z-brush.
• Strong understanding of color, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with Unreal Engine.
