💼 About This Role

You'll deliver technical content for our Level 4 DevOps apprenticeship programme, supporting apprentices in implementing CI/CD and infrastructure solutions. You'll help them develop industry-relevant skills and drive impact within their businesses after a 3-week onboarding programme covering teaching methodologies and technical upskilling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate delivery sessions of technical Learning content
• Adhere to Coach Quality framework for consistent session quality
• Moderate assignments and provide feedback to apprentices
• Liaise with coaches to align on apprentice interventions

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or Software Development with CI/CD focus
• Industry experience applying DevOps principles to create efficient delivery pipelines
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation
• Exceptional written and on-camera communication and facilitation skills

• Prior experience delivering formal training or coaching on DevOps topics
• Experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• Postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, DevOps, or Cloud Computing
