You will drive market penetration and build relationships with clinical partners in Seattle to connect patients to virtual behavioral health treatment. This role involves leading field meetings, developing GTM strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to expand access to care.

Requirements

• Based in Seattle, WA
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years sales experience with track record of overachieving KPIs
• Experience with healthcare organizations is a plus
• Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week with valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources
• Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
