Description

You will lead an engineering team on the Extensibility Squad to empower developers to access Intrinsic platform APIs and extend Flowstate. You'll set technical direction, mentor the team, and work hands-on with SDKs using C++, Python, Protobuf, and TypeScript. This role combines technical leadership, individual contribution, and people management.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of software engineers
• Advanced proficiency in C++, Python, or Go
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages
• Extensive experience with Protobuf
• Experience contributing to or managing projects within open-source ecosystems

Responsibilities

• Empower software developers to access Intrinsic platform APIs and use tools to extend Flowstate
• Lead the team in making platform software available and accessible for external users
• Drive technical efforts to work closer to ROS and integrate with open-source ecosystems
• Set technical direction and mentor engineers
• Act as hands-on individual contributor
