Description

Provide compassionate care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes. You'll assist with daily living activities and behavioral support, working independently while supported by an on-call clinical manager.

Requirements

• At least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide mental/behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD
• Work independently in client's home/community
