💼 About This Role

You'll prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, and buffing. Your work ensures low-mileage cars are ready for customers. This entry-level role offers training programs and state-of-the-art tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sand and mask vehicles for painting
• Tape and bag vehicle parts
• Unbag and tear down after paint
• Buff painted surfaces

📋 Requirements

• 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and age 18+
• Ability to use safety equipment (goggles, gloves, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with paint prep in a high-volume shop
• Familiarity with water-based paint systems
• ASE certification
