💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Recruiting and Leadership teams to organize calendars and schedule interviews for a high volume of candidates. You'll own the candidate experience and ensure a white-glove experience for all who interview. This role is on-site in London 5 days a week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule high volume of interviews and travel arrangements for candidates
• Deliver a high quality candidate experience
• Develop relationships with Recruiting and Leadership teams
• Track and document candidate communications in Greenhouse and other tools

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-2 years of transferable scheduling experience
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent organization and time management skills
