• Manage and nurture designated client portfolio
• Analyze usage data to identify remedial actions
• Configure Varicent solutions based on customer requirements
• Support team by troubleshooting technical hurdles

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation
• Bachelor's Degree in technical field or related discipline
• Experience with SQL, data manipulation, and Excel
• Ability to gather and interpret technical requirements
