Description
You will lead a team of Paid Social Associates, managing day-to-day operations of paid social and search campaigns for high-profile brands. You'll mentor team members, optimize campaigns to meet client KPIs, and integrate social media strategy with multi-channel recommendations.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in account management, planning, or performance media
- Strong working understanding of Paid Social and Paid Search platforms including Facebook Ad Manager, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads
- Experience managing enterprise-level paid social and search accounts with diverse budgets and objectives
- Ability to effectively communicate processes and tactics to clients, peers, and junior team members
- 3+ years of experience; agency experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates, providing mentorship and training
- Manage day-to-day operations and guide team to achieve client goals and KPIs
- Develop, oversee, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, SnapChat, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Google, and Bing
- Analyze data and provide insights and optimization recommendations using strong quantitative skills
- Coordinate assets between creative agencies and manage budgets
