🎯 What You'll Do

  • Scale and manage a team of 8 SDRs to overachieve on aggressive goals
  • Own execution of new business pipeline goals across Enterprise and Majors
  • Shape partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Enablement, Product Marketing
  • Coach SDRs to become high-performing Corporate Account Executives

📋 Requirements

  • 2-5 years of leadership experience in pipeline generation at a high-tech company
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Data-driven and highly analytical mindset
  • Strategic and tactical execution ability
