You'll lead a high-performing Sales Development team at Snowflake, driving pipeline generation and preparing SDRs for careers as AEs. You'll own pipeline goals by analyzing top-of-funnel metrics and collaborating with cross-functional teams. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Scale and manage a team of 8 SDRs to overachieve on aggressive goals
- Own execution of new business pipeline goals across Enterprise and Majors
- Shape partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Enablement, Product Marketing
- Coach SDRs to become high-performing Corporate Account Executives
📋 Requirements
- 2-5 years of leadership experience in pipeline generation at a high-tech company
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Data-driven and highly analytical mindset
- Strategic and tactical execution ability
