Description

You will support the engagement and movement of candidates through the hiring process for entry-level roles in Carvana's Operations teams. Interacting with hiring managers and candidates, you'll leverage established processes to help fill high-volume hiring targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years administrative experience or degree in HR
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to operate with urgency in fast-paced environment
• Talent acquisition or high-volume customer contact experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume candidate contact for entry-level positions
• Interact with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Verify candidates' possession of required skills
• Ensure pre-hire processes are initiated and facilitated
• Manage candidate experience through start date
