💼 About This Role

You'll be the sole source of truth for the financial performance of hyper-scale data center projects, ensuring fiscal discipline and accurate forecasting. You'll manage the entire cost lifecycle from budgeting through project closeout. This role empowers data-driven decision-making for multi-million dollar infrastructure projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of comprehensive project cost budgets and change approvals.
• Control budgets, commitments, actuals, and accruals for cost integrity.
• Develop and maintain Estimate-to-Complete and Estimate-at-Completion forecasts.
• Analyze cost performance, trends, and variances to identify financial risks.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in cost control or project accounting.
• Specific experience in EPC or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Proven expertise with ERP platforms (SAP) and cost control systems.

• Experience supporting hyperscale data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Background in oil & gas industry.
