💼 About This Role

You'll build the quality assurance function for the Supply department at Brighterly, an edtech platform serving thousands of US children daily. Your core impact is designing rubrics, feedback loops, and AI-driven checks that scale as the company triples. This role offers full ownership of a critical new function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design a Quality Assurance Framework with standard rubrics for Math and Reading
• Define three review types: Probation, Active, and Risk
• Set up and calibrate AI-based video lesson review
• Manage a team of 7 contractor reviewers and ensure consistent scoring
• Correlate lesson quality with business metrics like churn and retention

📋 Requirements

• Experience building QA processes including rubrics, checklists, and quality standards
• Experience managing a team of reviewers or contractors
• Strong analytics skills to build metrics and find patterns in data
• Upper Intermediate English or higher

• Experience in EdTech, e-learning, or subscription-based products
• Work with AI tools for video or text analysis
• Calibration or tuning of AI models for content evaluation
