You will lead the store's sales and guest experience strategy, ensuring exceptional customer interactions while driving business targets. You'll manage the Sales Service team, coach on product education, and oversee floor coverage to optimize selling.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with General Manager to escalate process gaps
• Oversee Sales Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience through coaching and feedback
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives
• Partner with General Manager to build and execute Sales Service strategy
