💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the CEO to build and launch a luxury social wellness club in NYC, defining the opening fitness formats and anchoring the class schedule. You'll recruit, hire, and train instructors while cultivating a thriving community. This role offers real ownership and impact across the business as a flagship studio lead.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with CEO to build opening fitness formats
• Anchor early class schedule and drive memberships
• Recruit, hire, and train additional instructors
• Teach full-time and ensure consistent brand experience

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a sculpt, mat Pilates, or strength-based instructor
• Experience teaching other instructors modalities
• NYC-based and excited to be onsite full-time
• Strong communicator who is warm, direct, and practical
