💼 About This Role

You'll lead configuration strategy for ASM's semiconductor equipment product portfolio, managing a team of Configuration Engineers. Your work will ensure seamless translation of engineering designs into manufacturable systems. This role interfaces across Engineering, Order Fulfillment, Manufacturing, and Sales Operations to enable high-quality, on-time delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Configuration Engineers.
• Define and govern product configuration architecture for deposition products.
• Drive product structure simplification and BOM optimization.
• Partner with Sales Operations to balance commercial flexibility and manufacturability.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 8–10+ years of experience in configuration management within semiconductor equipment.
• Proven people management experience including team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with BOM automation tools on enterprise platforms.

• Experience supporting process equipment platforms.
