💼 About This Role

You'll improve product quality and reliability for the RoadRunner system at Anduril Industries. You'll drive root cause corrective actions and data-driven process improvements to ensure mission-critical defense products meet stringent quality goals. This role offers hands-on impact across the full product lifecycle from concept to field use.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive product improvement through data collection and incident reporting
• Lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) activities
• Champion transition from NPI to sustainable product experience
• Establish quality metrics and analyze product health data

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality in aerospace/defense
• Experience leading RCCA using 8D, Lean Six Sigma, FTA, DMAIC
• Working knowledge of design review and quality management for hardware

✨ Nice to Have

• Master’s degree in a technical field
• 5-7 years experience in low volume, high complex manufacturing
• Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 QMS requirements
