💼 About This Role

You'll lead design of end-to-end product experiences at Harvey, an AI company transforming legal and professional services. You'll collaborate with engineers, AI researchers, and product managers to craft intuitive interfaces that incorporate AI. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design of end-to-end product experiences from concept to launch
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and AI researchers on user-centered designs
• Shape and refine the design system for cohesive visual language
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions
• Develop prototypes to explore and validate new features

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years designing products in fast-paced environments
• Ability to tackle complex challenges into simple intuitive experiences
• Deep understanding of design systems and visual/interaction craft
• Experience conducting user research and applying insights
