💼 About This Role

You'll join the Information Security Risk team to advance Addepar's internal IAM program. You'll enhance security posture through identity governance, access reviews, and process improvements. This role offers exposure to Non-Human Identities and Agentic AI workflows in a dynamic fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide operational support for IAM administration tools
• Manage application onboarding and role definitions
• Handle recertification campaigns for security and audit
• Design improvements to data quality and role decisions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Identity Access Management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with IAM tools like Sailpoint or Saviynt
• Familiarity with IT governance and compliance (SOC2)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Okta and Google Workspace
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platform
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
