💼 About This Role

You'll support the Colorado marketing team in creating marketing collateral for Compass agents. You'll manage design projects from start to finish using Adobe Creative Cloud and Marketing Center. Your work ensures agents have high-quality marketing assets to serve their clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work directly with agents on project needs ensuring high customer service
• Support marketers through execution of production design projects
• Create marketing collateral following brand standards
• Manage requests and prioritize projects using Workfront and Zendesk

📋 Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
• 1-2 years of marketing or production design experience
• Demonstrated project management and time management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
